特深水库近坝库岸变形快速应急检测技术

摘要 地震、极端降雨、极端爆破、外力冲击等突发事件对近坝库岸可能造成较大破坏,致使库岸变形、岸坡稳定性下降,给大坝安全运行带来严重影响。针对该情形研制一套特深水库近坝库岸变形快速应急检测技术,并试制一台特深水库近坝库岸变形快速应急检测机器人(ROV),为近坝库岸稳定性评价提供基础数据,为抢险加固提供依据。研究了深水作业级ROV的改造和完善。根据实际工程应用结果获取的特深水库近坝库岸水下地形地貌及地层结构,制定针对特深水库近坝库岸变形快速应急检测内容、检测方法和检测规程;对检测流程进行合理优化精简,保证检测的即时性、准确性和规范性。 Emergencies such as earthquakes,extreme rainfall,extreme blasting,and external impacts are of great influence on the safe operation of the dam by seriously disturbing the near-dam bank of the reservoir,especially the deformation and stability of its bank slope.For providing a basis for emergency reinforcement,a set of rapid emergency detection technologies and a robot(a remotely operated vehicle(ROV))for the deformation and stability evaluation of the near-dam bank of the ultra-deep reservoir are developed.The transformation and improvement of deep water operational ROV were studied.According to the actual engineering application results,the underwater topography and stratigraphic results of the near-dam bank of the ultra-deep reservoir are obtained.Moreover,it is used for the formulation of the rapid emergency detection content,the detection method and the testing procedure for the deformation of the near-dam reservoir bank.Rationally optimizing and simplifying the inspection process is of great insurance for the immediacy,accuracy and standardization of testing.
