摘要
政策推动是环境治理的必要手段。尽管近年我国VOCs污染治理取得一定进展,但由于治理工作本身面临的长期性、复杂性、艰巨性等,问题依然突出。本研究结合VOCs治理工作的特点,在梳理政府相关政策的基础上,就治理工作目前的状况,从政府层面、治理公司、排污企业三个方面分析了其存在的问题,并提出了一些建议。
Policy promotion is a necessary means of environmental governance.Although some progress has been made in VOCs pollution control in China in recent years,the problems are still prominent due to the long-term,complex and arduous nature of the control work itself.Combining with the characteristics of VOCs governance,this study combs the relevant policies of the government,analyses the existing problems of VOCs governance from three aspects: government level, governance companies and sewage enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions.
