摘要
建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用法快速测定水中硝基苯的方法。此方法结果显示,在适当的吹扫条件下,硝基苯脱附效率良好,浓度为10~500μg/L范围内,硝基苯线性相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.09μg/L。此方法能简单、快速地测定水中硝基苯的含量,极大地提高检测的效率。
A method for rapid determination of nitrobenzene in water by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The results of this method showed that under appropriate purge conditions,the desorption efficiency of nitrobenzene was good,the concentration was in the range of 10-500 μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of nitrobenzene was 0.9996,and the detection limit was 0.09 μg/L.This method can easily and quickly determine the content of nitrobenzene in water,greatly improving the efficiency of detection.
