摘要
以ZnSO4、煤矸石和NaOH为原料,采用沸腾回流法制得了一系列不同质量比的ZnO/煤矸石复合光催化剂。用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜及紫外-可见漫反射光谱等多种手段对产物进行表征。以甲基橙和亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,考察了紫外光照下样品的光催化效果。结果表明,将球形ZnO负载于改性煤矸石表面可有效提高其光催化活性,且ZnO/煤矸石复合光催化剂的性能与ZnO的含量有关,当ZnO与煤矸石的质量比为10:100时,样品的光催化效果最佳,120 min内几乎将甲基橙和亚甲基蓝完全降解。此外,ZnO/煤矸石复合光催化剂还具有可重复使用的特点。
Using zinc sulfate, coal gangue and sodium hydroxide as the reactants, ZnO/coal gangue composite photocatalysts with different mass ratios of ZnO to coal gangue were successfully prepared by boiling reflux method. X-ray powder diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra were used to characterize the products. The photocatalytic activity of as-prepared samples was investigated for degradation of methyl orange and methylene blue under UV irradiation. The results indicated that loading spherical ZnO on the surface of modified coal gangue can effectively improve its catalytic activity, and there is a close relationship between the photocatalytic performance of ZnO/coal gangue composites and the content of ZnO. When the mass ratio of ZnO to coal gangue 10:100, ZnO/coal gangue composite photocatalyst shows the highest performance and methyl orange and methylene blue are almost completely degraded within 120 min. In addition, this kind of catalyst can be used repeatedly.
