复配紫外线吸收剂对聚碳酸酯耐候性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 制备了抗紫外耐候聚碳酸酯(PC),重点研究了苯并三氮唑类紫外线吸收剂的复配比例、添加量等因素对PC耐候性能的影响。结果表明,复配紫外线吸收剂具有协效作用,相对单一紫外线吸收剂,复配紫外线吸收剂的添加量可下降0.05%~0.1%。复配紫外线吸收剂热稳定性优良,复配比为40∶60时,PC综合性能最优,试样在氙灯老化前后色差较小并保持较高力学性能。 In this paper,ultraviolet(UV )-resistant and weather-resistant polycarbonate(PC)was prepared,and the effects of the proportion and dosage of benzotriazole-based UV absorbers on the weathering performance of PC were studied.The results show that the compound UV absorber has synergistic effect,and the dosage of the ultraviolet absorber blend could decrease from 0.05%to 0.1%,comparing with single ultraviolet absorber.The ultraviolet absorber blend has excellent thermal stability.When the blend ratio is 40:60,the resulting PC exhibits optimal performance,and the sample has a small color difference and maintains high mechanical properties before and after xenon lamp test.
