石英砂颗粒堆休止角的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以干燥石英砂颗粒为研究对象,采用静止漏斗法进行堆积,对颗粒堆堆积过程进行录像,将录像处理为图片,用图像分析法在图像上测定颗粒堆的休止角.研究了颗粒的直径、承载板的材料、漏斗口和承载板的距离及漏斗口口径对石英砂堆休止角的影响.实验结果发现,对同一承载板,休止角随着石英砂粒径的减小而增加;对相同粒径的石英砂,休止角随着承载板的粗糙程度变化而变化,越粗糙的表面休止角越大,其背后的物理原因是承载板的光滑程度不同,摩擦系数不同;对相同的承载板和石英砂粒径,漏斗口距承载板的高度和漏斗口口径对休止角没有明显的影响. Quartz sand is chosen as the object,and it is heaped up by using of static funnel method.The process of heaping up is recorded as video,and from which one can get the picture.By analyzing the picture,one can measure the angle of repose for quartz sand.The effects of the diameter of quartz sand, the material of the bearing plate, the distance between the spout of the funnel and the bearing plate,the diameter of the spout for the funnel on the angle of repose for quartz sand heap are investigated.The results indicate that the angle of repose increases with the decreasing of the diameter of quartz sand.The angle of repose also increases with the increasing of the coarseness for the bearing plate.The physical reason for this phenomenon is that the bearing plate with different smoothness has different friction coefficient.However,the distance between the spout of the funnel and the bearing plate, as well as the diameter of the spout for the funnel,has no obvious effect on the angle of repose.
