摘要
通过对森林消防车及林区道路情况的研究,设计三角履带轮式森林消防车。介绍该森林消防车整机结构、三角履带轮结构尺寸,并对其牵引力、功率、行驶速度进行分析计算。利用MATLAB对车辆行驶稳定性进行分析,发现降低质心高度、减小质心偏移距离、增加轨距可提高车辆行驶稳定性。通过计算得出纵向上、下坡最大行驶角度分别为34.7°和40.2°,横向匀速直线最大行驶角度为32.4°,横向匀速转弯最大行驶角度为30.6°。利用Adams对坡度为30°时车辆纵向上、下坡及横向直线行驶进行运动仿真,结果表明车辆在坡度变化时会发生突变且顺利完成运动。
Based on the study on forest fire truck and road condition in forest area,a trigonometric crawler wheeled forest fire engine was designed.The structure and size of triangular caterpillar wheel of the forest fire truck were introduced,and the traction force,power and driving speed were analyzed and calculated.By using MATLAB to analyze the vehicle driving stability,it was found that reducing the height of centroid,reducing the offset distance of centroid and increasing the gauge can improve the driving stability of the vehicle.The maximum driving angle of uphill and downhill are 34.7°and 40.2°respectively,the maximum driving angle of lateral straight line and lateral turn are 32.4°and 30.6°respectively,by calculation.The vehicle movement along 30°slope was simulated by Adams.The results showed that the force of vehicle will change abruptly and complete smoothly when the slope change.
