摘要
我国作为畜牧业大国,动物骨资源丰富,且骨材料营养丰富,作为功能材料开发研究的价值高。本文从废弃动物骨的成分出发,分别综述了动物骨、骨胶原蛋白、明胶等作为功能材料在食品、医药、化妆品、工农业等多种领域的应用研究。废弃动物骨的开发利用及发展前景具有积极意义。
As a large animal husbandry country, China has abundant animal bone resources and rich nutrients in bone materials. It has high value as a functional material development research. Based on the composition of abandoned animal bones, this paper reviews the application of intact animal bone, bone collagen, gelatin etc. as functional materials in various fields such as food, medicine, cosmetics, industry and agriculture. The development prospects of abandoned animal bone are positive.
