摘要
为了研究马尾松针叶基潜伏芽萌发过程中内源激素的含量变化,以6年马尾松无性系为材料,通过截顶处理诱导针叶基部的潜伏芽萌发,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定萌发过程中针叶IAA、GA3、ZR和ABA含量变化;并用不同浓度的外源激素IAA、GA3和6-BA处理,研究外源激素对针叶基潜伏芽萌发的穗条数量和质量的影响。结果表明:在马尾松针叶基潜伏芽萌发过程中,IAA、GA3和ZR均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,ABA则持续降低;(IAA+GA3+ZR)/ABA比值逐渐升高,由修剪前的0.796提高到萌发时的1.746,潜伏芽萌发后内源激素达到新的平衡;适宜浓度的外源激素IAA、GA3及6-BA处理,均能提高穗条数量和质量,其中以100mg/lGA3处理效果最好,6-BA处理能促进马尾松针叶基潜伏芽提早萌发。
To study the variation of endogenous hormone during the dormant bud germination,taking 6a Pinus massoniana clones as experiment materials,the dormant bud germination was induced by truncation.The contents of endogenous hormones including IAA,GA 3,ZR and ABA were determined by the means of ELISA.The effects of different concentrations of exogenous hormones IAA,GA 3 and 6-BA on the quantity and quality of scions were analyzed.The results showed that IAA,GA3 and ZR all increased first and then decreased,while ABA continued to decrease,the ratio of (IAA+GA3 +ZR)/ABA gradually increased during the process of the dormant bud germination which increased from 0.796 to 1.746,and the endogenous hormones reached a new balance after the germination of dormant bud..6-BA could promote the dormant bud germination early and suitable concentrations of IAA,GA3 and 6-BA could improve the quantity and quality of scions.Among them,the treatment of 100 mg/l GA3 was the best.
