4%枸橼酸钠与低分子肝素钠抗凝在血液透析中的临床应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨长期使用4%枸橼酸钠与低分子肝素钠抗凝对透析质量的影响。方法:选择维持性血液透析的患者40例,将其随机分为两组:试验组21例给予4%枸橼酸钠抗凝;对照组19例给予低分子肝素钠抗凝。观察两组透析器及管路凝血、出血情况,对比两组透析前后血常规、凝血、肝肾功电解质,Kt/V及URR值。结果:两组间透析器凝血发生率进行比较,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组间出血倾向,透析前后肝肾功电解质、血常规、凝血功能比较无统计学差异。但透析3个月后血磷、血红蛋白、Kt/V值、URR值均比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:4%枸橼酸钠是一种安全、有效的抗凝方式,但长期应用导致透析质量略低于低分子肝素钠。
