摘要
机电一体化就是将计算机技术融入到系统中的每个部分,对系统进行升级整合,降低人工的劳动强度,提高机械设备的利用率,使机电一体化成为真正的智能操作系统。介绍了PLC技术在机电一体化生产系统中的应用,比如:在运动控制方面的应用,PLC技术可以对运动系统的各种直线运动状态或变速运动状态进行控制,具有突出的抗干扰能力;在开关逻辑控制方面的应用,PLC技术可以对CNC机床系统进行操作,因具有较好的显示功能,能够对逻辑分析结果进行处理,以完成逻辑控制任务;在数据方面的应用,PLC技术能够利用逻辑运算、函数运算对全部数据进行分析处理,保证了数据的完整性和准确性;在自动化控制方面的应用,PLC技术将工业和农业的机电一体化技术进行结合,实现了管理的自动化和智能化,解决了半自动化系统中智能化分析程度、人工操作准确度较低等问题;在通信网络方面的应用,加大对PLC技术的研发和投入力度,生产出具有机电一体化特色的网络接口设备。
Mechatronics is to integrate computer technology into every part of the system,upgrade and integrate the system,reduce labor intensity,improve the utilization of machinery and equipment,and make mechatronics a real intelligent operating system.It introduces the application of PLC technology in mechatronics production system,such as motion control.PLC technology can control various linear or variable speed motion states of motion system,and has outstanding anti-interference ability.In the application of switching logic control,PLC technology can operate CNC machine tool system.Because of its good display function,it can process the logical analysis results to complete the logical control task.In the application of data,PLC technology can analyze and process all data by using logic operation and function operation,which ensures the integrity and accuracy of data.In the application of automation control,the technology of PLC combines the mechatronics technology of industry and agriculture,realizes the automation and intellectualization of management,and solves the problems of low accuracy of intelligent analysis and manual operation in semi-automation system.In the application of communication network,we should increase the research and development of PLC technology,and produce network interface equipment with the characteristics of mechatronics.
