摘要
分别采用菌丝生长速率法和菌落生长数量法测定了8-羟基喹啉钙对马铃薯晚疫病菌(Phytophthora infestans)和黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌(Pseudomonas syringae pv. lachrymans)的室内毒力,以期为相关病害的防治提供更多的药剂选择。结果显示, 8-羟基喹啉钙对马铃薯晚疫病菌的有效抑制中质量浓度 EC 50 为6.2915μg/mL,对黄瓜细菌性角斑病菌的有效抑制中质量浓度 EC 50 为0.4149μg/mL。结果说明8-羟基喹啉钙对马铃薯晚疫病及黄瓜细菌性角斑病有着较好的防治潜力。
The indoor toxicity of 8-hydroxyquinolineoxine-calcium to Phytophthora infestans and Pseudomonas syringae pv.lachrymans are determined by mycelial growth rate method and colony growth quantitative method,respectively to provide more drug options for the prevention and control of related diseases.The results show that the EC50 of 8-hydroxyquinolineoxine-calcium against P.infestans is 6.2915μg/mL,and the EC50 of 8-hydroxyquinolineoxine-calcium against P.syringae pv.lachrymans is 0.4149μg/mL.The results indicate that 8-hydroxyquinolineoxine-calcium has a strong control potential on potato late blight and cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot.
