摘要
通过远缘杂交创制育种新材料并应用于小麦新品种培育,对拓宽小麦的遗传基础和提高育种水平具有重要意义。冰草属(Agropyron)物种具有较强的抗旱、抗寒、耐盐和抗病特性,是小麦遗传改良的重要基因源。本研究对小麦与冰草杂交、小麦-冰草异染色体系的创制、小麦背景中冰草染色质的鉴定和冰草有益性状向小麦导入等方面的研究进展进行总结,以期为更好地开发利用该属物种提供依据。
It is of great significance to broaden genetic base of wheat and improve breeding level through intergeneric hybridization. Agropyron cristatum is an important genetic source for wheat genetic improvement with strong resistance to drought, cold, salt and diseases. In the study, crossing wheat with Agropyron cristatum, creation of alien chromosome lines, chromatin identification of Agropyron cristatum in wheat and introduction of beneficial characters of Agropyron cristatum into wheat were summarized to provide base for better exploitation and utilization of Agropyron cristatum.
