摘要
本研究旨在通过调研山东省杂交构树的种植、收割、加工和应用情况,进一步结合营养价值评定,以发现山东省杂交构树产业发展存在的问题和亟需解决的关键技术。选择山东省3个主要杂交构树生产和应用企业进行调查研究。调查发现:山东省杂交构树种植面积约为400hm2,平均鲜重年产量可达5t;构树饲料的贮存方式以裹包青贮和灌装袋贮为主,每吨平均生产成本为446元;构树青贮的发酵品质有待提高,不同地区青贮的乳酸含量差异较大,部分青贮的丁酸含量高达15.30%;构树青贮在家畜上的饲喂效果缺少相关试验数据,造成养殖场对构树青贮饲料的认可度不高。综上所述,山东省杂交构树在种植、加工和应用技术等方面均有待进一步提高,未来需围绕构树青贮发酵品质的控制及其高效饲喂家畜技术等关键问题开展研究,为杂交构树的推广和利用提供参考依据。
In this study,we investigated the planting, harvesting, processing and application situations of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera in Shandong Province, and combined the evaluation of nutritional value to find problems and key technologies in the development of Broussonetia papyrifera industry. Three main Broussonetia papyrifera production and application enterprises were investigated. The results showed that the planting area of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera in Shandong Province was about 400 hectare, and the yield of fresh weight was up to 5 tons every year. The main storage methods of Broussonetia papyrifera fodder were wrapping silage and filling bag, and the average cost of production per ton was 446 yuan. The fermentation quality of Broussonetia papyrifera silage needed to be improved for the lactic acid content of different samples varied greatly, and the butyric acid content of some samples was as high as 15.30%. Due to the lack of relevant experimental data about feeding effect on livestock, the farms had low recognition on Broussonetia papyrifera silage. In conclusion, the planting, processing and application technologies of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera in Shandong Province needed further improvement, and the control of fermentation quality of Broussonetia papyrifera silage and efficient feeding on animals should be studied in future so as to provide references for promoting and utilizing Broussonetia papyrifera .
