摘要
技术创新不仅是企业赖以生存和发展的核心动力,而且也直接关系到国家的持续发展。以往企业、科研单位等“单打独斗”进行技术创新的模式,由于存在研发周期长、资源消耗多、成果转化率低等弊端,已经不能适应当前的社会发展,必须进行改革。产学研结合能够将高校、科研单位、企业有机联合起来,充分发挥各自优势,相互配合、资源共享,加快了技术创新步伐,并且显著提高了成果转化率。文章分别介绍了产学研一体化技术转移、中介催化产学研结合技术转移、政府促进的产学研结合技术转移3种模式,并就技术转移模式的保障机制展开了简要分析。
Technological innovation is not only the core motive force for the survival and development of enterprises, but also directly related to the sustainable development of the country. In the past, enterprises and scientific research institutes have been unable to adapt to the current social development because of the drawbacks of long R&D cycle, high resource consumption and low conversion rate of achievements. So it is necessary to carry out reform. The combination of industry, education and research can organically combine universities, research institutes and enterprises, give full play to their respective advantages, cooperate with each other and share resources, accelerate the pace of technological innovation, and significantly improve the conversion rate of achievements. This paper introduces three modes of technology transfer of industry-university-research integration, technology transfer of industry-university-research integration catalyzed by intermediary, technology transfer of industry- university- research integration promoted by government, and briefly analyses the guarantee mechanism of technology transfer mode.
