日间经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术65例单中心临床疗效分析 被引量：11

摘要 回顾性分析我院日间手术中心实施的65例经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。所有患者均顺利完成手术,住院时间、住院总费用较同期非日间手术室行腹腔镜胆囊切除术均显著减少,术后随访30 d,无腹痛、出血、胆管损伤等并发症。掌握腹腔镜技术、严格筛选病例、优化日间手术流程,在日间手术中心行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术是一种安全、可行的术式。
