顶叶处理方式和采收时间对上部烟叶内在质量的影响 被引量:6

Top Leaves Handling Method and Harvesting Time Interaction on Chemical Components and Aroma Substances in Upper Fue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要 为明确烤烟顶部不适用烟叶处理方式对上部叶可用性的影响,采用裂区试验,研究了顶叶弃采和中部叶采收后打掉顶叶两种方式下的三种采收时间对烤后烟叶常规化学成分、多酚和中性致香物质含量(质量分数)的影响。结果表明:与顶叶摘除相比,顶叶弃采烤后上部叶化学成分更加协调,三个采收时期烟碱、氯离子含量平均降低了10.33%和17.60%,绿原酸含量平均增加了4.75%,吸食刺激性显著降低;顶叶弃采方式下较常规延长5d采收,烟碱、多酚、中性致香物质含量分别增加了13.86%、31.90%和36.45%,淀粉含量降低19.16%。优化烟叶结构顶叶处理方式应采用弃采,较当地常规采收推迟5d可提高上部叶内在质量。 In order to determine the effect of tobacco top treatment on the availability of upper leaves, we adopted the split plot experiment to study the effects of three harvest times of parietal abandonment and middle parietal removal on the conventional chemical composition, polyphenols and neutral aroma content (mass fraction) of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The results showed that compared with parietal leaf removal, the chemical composition of the upper leaf was more coordinated after the abandoned and baked parietal leaf, the content of nicotine and chloride ion decreased by 10.33% and 17.60% on average, the content of chlorogenic acid increased by 4.75% on average, and the irritation decreased significantly.Under no-picking the two top leaves, extending 5 days harvest, the content of nicotine, polyphenols, neutral aroma substances increased by 13.86%, 13.86% and 31.90%, and starch content decreased by 19.16%.Parietal abandonment shall be adopted to optimize the treatment method of the upper flue-cured tobacco leaves structure.The upper leaves internal quality can be improved by 5 days delay compared with the conventional local harvest time.
