摘要
文中针对板间SPI通信在电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰试验中易受影响,导致数据传输异常问题,分析了串行通信传输的不确定性以及干扰等原因,提出了在硬件方面增加电源回路共模干扰抑制、SPI通信线路上添加低通滤波器,在软件方面锁定配置寄存器、运用CRC-16 CCITT算法实现CRC校验的抗干扰设计,试验结果表明,配置寄存器锁定及CRC校验可有效解决SPI通信数据传输误码问题。
The paper focus on the research and analyze of the uncertainty of serial communication transmission and the interference according to the problem of the inter-board SPI communication is susceptible to the electric fast transient burst interference test,which leads to the abnormal data transmission,the noise immunity design of increasing the common-mode interference suppression of power supply loop and adding low-pass filter on SPI communication line in hardware, locking configuration registers and the application of CRC-16 CCITT algorithm in software are put forward. The test results show that locking configuring register and CRC algorithm can effectively solve the SER problem of data transmission of SPI communication.
