摘要
近年来,ZnO由于具有化学稳定性高、无毒环保、反应活性强等特点,已成为光催化降解有机染料废水的研究热点,受到众多科研工作者的关注。然而ZnO的禁带宽度太宽,只能吸收紫外光,光生电子易复合等不足,限制了ZnO进一步发展。本文主要介绍了几种制备ZnO微/纳米材料的合成方法,以及通过形貌和组成调控两个方面研究可见光响应型ZnO光催化剂的合成及在光催化领域的应用。
Due to its advantages of high chemical stability, non-toxic and no environment pollution and strong reaction activity, ZnO has become a research hotspot in the photocatalytic degradation yield of organic dye wastewater in recent years, and has attracted the interests from many researchers. However, ZnO has the wide bandgap, can be excited only by UV light, and has the recombination rate of photogenerated electrons and holes. The above disadvantages have hampered the further development of ZnO. This paper introduces the several preparation methods of various ZnO micro-/nano-materials. Based on the morphologies and compositions, the fabrication and photocatalytic properties of the visible-light-response ZnO photocatalysts can be described.
