响应曲面法优化蜡状芽孢杆菌ZW1去除电镀废水有机物的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以六价铬电镀废水为研究对象,利用响应曲面法研究稀释度(蒸馏水和电镀废水的体积比)、pH、培养时间三因素对蜡状芽孢杆菌ZW1去除有机物效率的影响,先优化去除条件再对二次回归模型验证,结果表明:模型优化结果预测稀释度为1︰1,pH值为9,培养时间为96h,ZW1菌株去除含六价铬电镀废水CODcr的效果最佳。实测该条件下CODcr平均去除率为73.41%,与模型预测值相吻合。 In this paper, hexavalent chromium electroplating wastewaters were used as the research object. Three factors(dilution rate, pH and culture time) were used to study the efficiency of Bacillus cereus ZW1 on removing organic matter from wastewater. The removal conditions were optimized and the quadratic regression model was verified. The results were as follow. The results of model optimization showed that the ZW1 strain has the best effect on removing CODcr from electroplating wastewater with hexavalent chromium when the predicted dilution rate(volume ratio of distilled water and electroplating wastewater) was 1︰1, the pH value was 9, and the culture time was 96 h. The real average removal rate of CODcr under this condition was 73.41 %, which was consistent with the predicted value of the model.
