摘要
目的探讨传统方法修复全口总义齿与运用吸附性机制制作的全口总义齿效果。方法纳入2017年4月~2019年5月48例全口总义齿修复患者,随机分组。传统方法修复全口总义齿组采用的是传统方法修复全口总义齿,吸附性机制制作全口总义齿组实施运用吸附性机制制作全口总义齿。分析患者的满意水平;治疗前后患者义齿稳固性评分、前伸咬合关系良好评分、发音功能评分、咀嚼功能评分;不良事件。结果吸附性机制制作全口总义齿组义齿稳固性评分、前伸咬合关系良好评分、发音功能评分、咀嚼功能评分、患者的满意水平、不良事件和传统方法修复全口总义齿组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论全口总义齿修复患者实施运用吸附性机制制作全口总义齿可获得较好效果,可更好改善义齿稳固性,前伸咬合关系良好、发音功能和咀嚼功能更好。
Objective To exPlore the effect of traditional methods to rePair total denture and the effect of making total denture by means of adsorPtion mechanism.Methods 48 Patients with total denture rePair from APril 2017 to May 2019 were included and randomly assigned.The traditional method was used to rePair the total denture in the grouP of total denture with the traditional method,and the adsorPtion mechanism was used to make the total denture in the grouP of total denture with the adsorPtion mechanism.Analyze the satisfaction level of Patients;Before and after treatment,the denture stability score,good forward and extended occlusion score,Pronunciation function score,chewing function score;Adverse events.Results The total denture denture stability score,good forward and extended occlusal relationshiP score,Pronunciation function score,chewing function score,Patients' satisfaction level,adverse events and the traditional method of rePairing total denture grouP had advantages,P <0.05.Conclusion In Patients with total denture rePair,the use of the absorbent mechanism to make total denture can achieve better results,and can better imProve the denture stability.
