茶叶网络创业绩效提升机理的探究——基于大学生创业学习视角

摘要 茶在我国有着悠久的历史,同时在我国国民经济中占据着重要地位。随着网络时代的到来与飞速发展,众多创业者选择了茶叶进行创业。其中,有着相当一部分高校大学生加入了茶叶网络创业的队伍中。本文以大学生茶叶网络创业为切口,从前人研究结果和网络创业现状入手,构建了研究模型,并通过对茶叶网络创业者进行访谈和问卷调研进行分析论证。研究得出:创业学习对大学生茶叶网络创业能力和网络创业绩效的提升具有显著正向影响。同时,创业学习通过创业能力中介作用对大学生茶叶网络创业绩效提升具有显著正向促进作用。本研究为大学生进行茶叶网络创业提供了借鉴意义。 Tea has a long history in China and at the same time occupies an important position in China's national economy. With the advent of the Internet era and rapid development, many entrepreneurs have chosen tea for entrepreneurship. Among them, a considerable number of college students have joined the team of tea network entrepreneurship. This paper takes the college students' tea network entrepreneurship as the incision, starts from the research results of the predecessors and the status quo of network entrepreneurship, constructs the research model, and analyzes and demonstrates through interviews and questionnaire surveys of tea network entrepreneurs. The study concluded that entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on the improvement of college students' tea network entrepreneurship and online entrepreneurial performance. At the same time, entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive effect on the improvement of college students' tea network entrepreneurship through the role of entrepreneurial ability. This study provides a reference for college students to conduct tea network entrepreneurship.
