航天型号方案研制阶段技术状态与进度管理探索 被引量:2

摘要 通过总结航天型号的研制经验,分析在新型号方案研制阶段技术状态管理和进度管理2个方面的影响关系,针对技术状态管理与进度管理较为普遍存在的突出矛盾,明确了方案研制阶段技术状态控制重点及进度管理思路,并有针对性地强调要高度重视与工程总体或用户的充分沟通,应尽早策划并完成型号顶层管理文件体系编制,需提前策划并准备试验样机生产及大型地面试验等管理要点,可供更多的航天型号研制参考借鉴。 In this article, we summarizes some valuable experience of Aerospace Model Engineering Project. In order to solve the most common contradiction, we point out the key elements in the management of technical status in project design period and the approach in process control of the project. We put an emphasis on the adequate communication with the leading unit or the clients, urge the early planning and completion of the documentation system of top management of the project and suggest the early preparation for experimental prototype production as well as large-scale ground tests. These key elements summarized may serve as a useful reference for the management of other aerospace projects.
