摘要
汽轮机汽缸法兰螺栓承担着把合汽缸法兰结合面使其密封的重要作用,适当的紧固力能保障机组运行中汽缸法兰严密不漏汽,使螺栓的使用寿命延长,因此提高汽缸螺栓安装工艺质量极其重要。介绍哈汽660MW汽轮机螺栓安装工序及安装经验,实践结果表明,减少了汽轮机汽缸螺栓的损坏,降低设备零件投入费用,减少人力投入成本,保证了汽轮发电机组的安全稳定运行。
Turbine cylinder flange bolts play an important role in sealing the joint surface of the cylinder flange.Appropriate tightening force can ensure that the cylinder flange of the unit is tight and does not leak steam,It prolongs the service life of the bolts.Therefore,it is very important to improve the quality of cylinder bolt installation process.This paper describes the bolt installation process and the experience of 660 MW steam turbine in Harbin Steam Turbine Plan.The result of the practice reduces the damage of steam turbine cylinder bolt,the cost of equipment parts investment and the cost of manpower investment.It ensures the safe and stable operation of steam turbine generator set.
