[AMIM]Cl与DMF、DMSO、DMAc复配体系对纤维素溶解性研究 被引量:4

摘要 室温下合成离子液体1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([AMIM]Cl),对合成的离子液体进行红外表征,确定为目标产物,然后油浴加热,在温度(40,50,60,70℃)下用[AMIM]Cl与有机溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)分别复配,对竹纤维素桨粕进行溶解。结果表明:离子液体与有机溶剂复配能提高竹纤维素桨粕的溶解度,但是如果有机溶剂所占比例过高其溶解度将降低。当有机溶剂的质量分数为20%时,溶解度最大。有机溶剂为DMSO时,溶解度最大。 1-allyl-3-methyl imidazolyl chloride ([AMIM] Cl ) was synthesized at room temperature. The synthesized ionic liquid was characterized by infrared characterization, and it was determined as the target product. Then heated in the oil bath,[AMIM] Cl was compounded with organic solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMF ), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO ) and dimethylacetamide (DMAc ) at the temperature of40, 50, 60, 70 ℃, respectively, to dissolve bamboo cellulose paddle. The results showed that the solubility of bamboo cellulose paddle could be improved by the combination of ionic liquid and organic solvent, but it could be reduced if the proportion of organic solvents was too high. When the mass fraction of organic solvent was 20%, the solubility was the largest, and when the organic solvent was DMSO, the solubility was the largest.
