摘要
报道了一种以全氟己基乙醇、五氧化二磷为原料,通过酯化反应制备新型磷酸型含氟表面活性剂的新方法,并对产品结构及表面张力性能进行了表征,证实了反应确实生成了磷酸型含氟表面活性剂。反应中探讨了氟醇种类、中和试剂、以及磷酸根来源等因素对产品表面张力性能的影响,优选出了一种表面张力低达17.2dyn/cm的新型磷酸型含氟表面活性剂。此新型磷酸型含氟表面活性剂是以全氟己基乙醇、五氧化二磷为原料,氨水作中和试剂合成。
A novel phosphate fluorosurfactant was synthesized through esterification reaction with perfluorohexyl ethanol and pentoxide as raw materials, and the product structure and surface tension properties were characterized. It was confirmed that the reaction did produce phosphate fluorosurfactants. The effects of fluorine alcohol type, neutralizing reagent and phosphate source on the surface tension performance of the product were discussed, and a novel phosphate fluorosurfactant with surface tension as low as17.2 dyn/cm was selected. The novel phosphate florosurfactant was synthesized from perfluorohexyl ethanol and pentoxide as raw materials and ammonia as neutralizing reagent.
