摘要
提出一种新型环形电极压电驱动器,运用ABAQUS软件对此驱动器进行电场和力学分析。着重研究环形电极分支中心距和电极宽度对极化电压和驱动性能的影响,并与普通形电极压电驱动器的极化电压和驱动性能对比。结果表明,环形电极压电驱动器的极化电压为普通形电极的1/2,环形电极结构降低压电驱动器对极化电压的要求;减小电极分支中心距、增大电极宽度,有利于降低环形电极压电驱动器的极化电压;当工作电压为90V时,环形电极压电驱动器的径向夹持力达到普通形电极的5.2倍,径向自由位移达到普通形电极的2.6倍。
A novel piezoelectric actuator with annual electrode is proposed. The electric field and mechanical analysis of the actuator were carried out by using ABAQUS software. The influence of the distance between the center of the branch of the annular electrodes and the width of the electrode on the polarization voltage and driving performance was emphatically studied, and the polarization voltage and driving performance of the piezoelectric actuator with annual electrode are compared with those of the piezoelectric actuator with ordinary electrode. The results show that the polarization voltage of the piezoelectric actuator with annular electrode is1/2 of that of the piezoelectric actuator with ordinary electrode, and the annular electrodes structure reduces the requirement of the piezoelectric actuator on the polarization voltage. The polarization voltage of the piezoelectric actuator with annular electrodes can be reduced by reducing the distance between the centers of the electrode branches and increasing the width of the electrode. When the working voltage is 90 V, the radial clamping force of the piezoelectric actuator with annual electrode is 5.2 times that of the piezoelectric actuator with ordinary electrode, and the radial free displacement is2.6 times that of the ordinary electrode.
