摘要
为了提高药效,减少农药用药量,实现化学农药减量增效,采用整株测定法测定了甲基二磺隆和精噁唑禾草灵对野燕麦的联合毒力.结果表明:甲基二磺隆和精噁唑禾草灵有效成分比例为5∶13、1∶4、1∶6、2∶21时,其共毒系数分别为147.5、156.8、191.0、186.7,均表现为协同增效作用,其中甲基二磺隆和精噁唑禾草灵复配比例为1∶6时,共毒系数达到最大值191.0.甲基二磺隆和精噁唑禾草灵复配后对野燕麦的毒力表现为协同增效作用.
In order to improve the effect,reduce dosage,and achieve reduction and synergization of chemical herbicides.The co-toxicity of mesosulfuron-methyl and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl on wild oats was determined conducted by the method of the whole plant assay.The results showed that the co-toxicity coefficients (CTC) were 147.5,156.8,191.0 and 186.7 when the ratio of the effective components of mesosulfuron-methyl and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl was 5∶13,1∶4,1∶6,2∶21,respectively.The CTC was the maximum value of 191.0 when the ratio of mesosulfuron-methyl and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl was 1∶6.The toxicity of mesosulfuron-methyl and fenoxaprop-p-ethyl compound on wild oats was synergistic.
