摘要 以开发综合改善沥青混合料路用性能的复合型添加剂为目标,基于原材料的熔融温度、热稳定性、对沥青黏度影响及相容性等方面,对工业废弃物之类的原材料进行筛选和配方设计,利用双螺杆挤出机制备了两种沥青混合料添加剂。通过室内高温车辙试验、降温压实试验、冻融劈裂试验以及弯曲试验对掺加两种添加剂的SUP-20混合料进行性能评价。结果表明两种混合料综合性能优异,分别适用于高温地区和低温地区沥青路面工程。 In order to improve the performance of asphalt mixture comprehensively, two kinds of additives for asphalt mixture were made from industrial wastes which were selected and designed by melting temperature, thermal stability, influence on asphalt viscosity and compatibility were prepared. The performances of SUP-20 mixture with two additives were evaluated by indoor test such as high temperature rutting test, cooling compaction test, freeze-thaw splitting test and bending test. Results show that two mixtures have excellent comprehensive performance and are suitable for asphalt pavement engineering in high temperature and low temperature areas respectively.
