摘要
基于海南省在公路建设中首次应用橡胶沥青混合料上面层,对SBS改性沥青AC-13C混合料、成品湿法橡胶沥青AC-13C混合料、成品湿法橡胶沥青SMA-13混合料及现场湿法橡胶沥青AR-AC-13S混合料进行配合比设计,通过研究以上各沥青混合料的综合性能,包括水稳定性能、高温稳定性、疲劳性能、力学性能、抗反射裂缝性能等指标,对比橡胶沥青混合料与海南省目前普遍采用的SBS改性沥青混合料的性能,并研究橡胶沥青应力吸收层在水泥路面加铺中的性能表现,为橡胶沥青在海南全省的推广应用提供技术支撑。
Based on the first application of rubber asphalt mixture top layer in Hainan, mixture ratio design of SBS modified asphalt AC-13C, finished wet-process crumb rubber asphalt SMA-13 and on-site wet-process crumb AR-AC-13S were studied. By studying the comprehensive performance of asphalt mixture which includes moisture stability, high temperature stability, fatigue properties, mechanical properties and anti reflection cracking performance, etc, the performance of SBS modified asphalt and rubber asphalt mixture was compared. And the performance of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in paving of cement concrete pavement is researched and it could provide technical support for the promotion and application of rubber asphalt in Hainan.
