摘要
论文采制煤液化残渣溶剂萃取浆液样品,利用激光粒度仪表征浆液中固体颗粒的粒度特征,表明煤液化残渣萃取浆液中的固体粒度主要集中3~40μm,D(10)为5μm,D(0.1)为1μm。实验采用死端过滤、卧螺离心等方式对萃取浆液进行一级固液分离,利用内错流膜管对一级分离清液进行进一步固液分离,考察不同分离方式对萃取浆液的分离效果,试验证明孔径10μm的金属板能过滤分离出萃取浆液中的99.9%固体;在180℃时,转鼓φ350mm卧螺式离心机能分离出85%的固体,采用1μm以下的内错流膜过滤再处理离心清液能基本全部分离出离心清液中的固体。
The paper extracts solvent extraction slurry of coal liquefaction residue,and uses the laser particle size analyzer to characterize the particle size characteristics of the solid particles in the slurry. It shows that the solid particle size in extraction slurry of coal liquefaction residue is mainly concentrated in 3~40μm,D(10) is 5μm,D(0.1) is 1μm.In the experiment,the first-stage solid-liquid separation of the extracted slurry is carried out by means of dead-end filtration or decanter centrifuge. The first-stage separation liquid is further separated by internal cross-flow membrane tube,and the separation effect of different separation methods on the extraction slurry is investigated.. The test proves that the metal plate with a pore size of 10μm can filter and separate 99.9% solids in the extraction slurry. At 180°C,a decanter centrifuge with a drum diameter of 350 mm can separate 85% of the solids,and the internal cross-flow membrane filter of1μm can be used to almost completely separate the solids in the centrifugal serum.
