摘要
肝硬化是各种肝脏疾病的终末期阶段,也是肝病患者死亡的主要原因。目前认为,肝硬化的过程不可逆且缺乏有效的治疗手段。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是非编码RNA(ncRNA)的成员,其长度从200到100 000个核苷酸不等,并缺乏蛋白质编码能力,已被证明在许多生理过程中起着重要的作用。因此,笔者收集了肝硬化相关lncRNA的文章进行综述。希望明确lncRNA在肝硬化的预防、诊断和治疗中的作用。
Liver fibrosis is end stage of varieties liver diseases.It is the major determinant of morbidity and mortality in patients with liver disease.It lacks effective treatments and is irreversible.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA) is a member of noncoding RNA(ncRNA) with length from 200 nucleotides to 100 kilobases and lacks protein-coding capacity.Nowadays,it has been proved to play important roles in numerous physiological processes.So we collect articles that focus on lncRNAs and liver fibrosis to make a review.We hope to find its functions in prevention,diagnosis,and treatment to liver fibrosis.
