摘要
目前浆粕输送时,采用人工放置包角式防倒架防止浆粕向后倾倒。提出了一种新型浆粕自动防倒输送机设计方案,通过两个防倒板与浆粕交替随动运行,避免浆粕向后倾倒,实现浆粕自动化传送。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS完成了浆粕防倒机构的力学分析及其驱动链轮的振动分析,为粘胶短纤的全自动化生产线开发提供了前期基础,实践证明:该输送机稳定可靠,运行良好,完全取代了人工操作,生产效率提高了38%。
The tilting prevention device with the wrap angle is used currently to prevent pulp from toppling backwards when the pulp is being conveyed. Proposes a new design scheme of automatic pulp conveyor with tilting prevention. Two plates,which run alternately with conveyed pulp,can avoid pulp backwards dumping. The automatic pulp conveyor may realize the pulp to be conveyed automatically. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS, finishes mechanics analysis of the pulp fall prevention mechanism and vibration analysis of driven sprocket. Provides a preliminary basis for developing a full automatic production line on viscose fiber. The practice shows that the conveyor is stable and reliable,running well,completely replacing manual operation,and the production efficiency is improved by 38%.
