摘要
利用混合储能系统可有效平抑风电并网波动,文中以锂电池和超级电容构成的混合储能系统为研究对象,考虑容量配置参数以及控制参数之间的相互制约性,提出了一种混合储能系统优化设计方案。首先,基于雨流计数法和等效放电电量理论对电池寿命进行评估,构建出混合储能经济性评估模型;其次,考虑到混合储能控制参数对混合储能系统设计的影响,在优化变量中加入了小波分解频段划分节点和相关控制参数,并提出了反映储能装置运行性能的储能控制效率函数、超级电容裕度函数,利用遗传算法对混合储能系统进行多目标优化。算例表明:文中所提出的模型能从经济性、波动平抑效果还有储能性能等方面对混合储能系统进行综合协调优化。
The hybrid energy storage system can effectively suppress wind power grid-connected fluctuations.Considering the mutual restriction between the capacity configuration parameters and the control parameters,this paper proposes an optimization design scheme for hybrid energy storage system which is composed of lithium batteries and super capacitors.Firstly,the battery life is evaluated based on the rainflow counting method and the equivalent discharge capacity theory,and a hybrid energy storage economy evaluation model is constructed.Secondly,considering the influence of the hybrid energy storage control parameters on the design of the hybrid energy storage system,the wavelet decomposed frequency band splitting nodes and related control parameters are added into the optimized variables.And this paper proposes energy storage control efficiency functions and super capacitor margin functions that reflect the performance of energy storage devices,then uses genetic algorithms to achieve multi-objective optimization for hybrid energy storage systems.The results show that the model proposed in this paper can comprehensively coordinate and optimize the hybrid energy storage system from many aspects such as economy,fluctuation stability,and energy storage performance.
