摘要
当前我国幼儿园园长培养规模和质量都无法满足实践需求,而园长是一种高度专业化的职业,有必要从一线教师中挖掘专业素质过硬、具有管理潜能和管理意愿的优秀者,通过系统培养帮助他们从优秀的教师成长为优秀的园长。遵循此专业成长导向培养准园长,既有助于提升幼儿园管理队伍的专业水平,又有助于提高幼儿园教育质量,促进幼儿身心健康发展。为此,应建构紧跟时代要求的准园长专业发展目标和培训体系,完善准园长培养管理体制,为准园长的专业成长提供条件保障。
The kindergarten leader is a highly specialized profession;its cultivation should base on their professional ideas,knowledge and ability development. The prospective kindergarten leaders cultivation oriented professional development can improve the management level and education quality of kindergartens,and its cultivation should identify their professional development goals,and create a good institution al environment by constructing the reasonable training mechanism,management system and evaluation system.
