摘要
针对现场尾砂充填材料配比实验决策目标多、实验条件差等问题,采用全面法实验方案,以料浆质量浓度、砂灰比为实验因素,以料浆流动性、胶结体单轴抗压强度为响应值进行配比实验,建立双指标理想配比值域,以提高现场的实践指导性。借助等高线图研究了配料的流动性;采用方差法分析了影响因素对强度的主次效应;通过一维应力波理论计算了充填体抗爆强度;借助非线性回归分析得出满足抗爆振动强度要求的配比数学模型。结果表明:砂灰比越小,浓度越小,流动性越好;充填料浆浓度对强度影响效应更显著;抗爆破振动强度为0.75 MPa。并基于塌落度、单轴抗压强度双指标,提出理想配比值域,为现场充填材料配比提供动态方案。
For solving the problem of multiple decision-making objectives and poor testing conditions existing in the proportioning of backfill material with on-site tailings sand, a comprehensive testing program was proposed. An ideal range of proportion was established based on the test with slurry mass concentration and sand-cement ratio as the testing factors, slurry fluidity and uniaxial compressive strength of cemented material as the response values. Then, the fluidity of ingredients was studied by means of contour map, and the primary and secondary effects of influencing factors on strength were analyzed by means of variance method. The uniaxial compressive strength of the backfill body to resist blast-induced vibration was calculated with one-dimensional stress wave theory. A mathematical model for proportioning was obtained by means of nonlinear regression analysis, which can meet the requirement for resisting the blasting-induced vibration. Based on these studies, it is found that the lower sand-cement ratio can lead to the lower concentration and better fluidity. And the concentration of backfill slurry has a significant influence on the strength of backfill body. The uniaxial compressive strength of cemented material for resisting blast-induced vibration is 0.75 MPa. The ideal range of proportion is finally obtained based on two indicators of slump and uniaxial compressive strength, which can provide a dynamic solution for backfill material proportioning on the mining field.
