摘要
本文中作者提出了一种新型的基于耦合电感的多路SiCMOSFET并联均流策略,对所提方法的均流原理和参数进行了分析,并通过仿真和试验验证了方案的可行性。
A new current sharing method of multiple branches SiC MOSFET parallel connection is proposed based on coupling inductance. The current sharing principle and parameter of the method are analysed, The feasibility of the method is verified by simulation and experiment.
