摘要
为保证毛坪铅锌矿112线盲竖井井筒安全快速施工,需对井筒进行预注浆。预注浆工程施工平台钻窝硐室及注浆硐室布置于井下,大型钻注设备必须下井。通过对+910^+670m标高段4条路线的分析比较,确定“+910m运输大巷→112线盲混合井→+670m中段112线→设计注浆站、钻窝位置”为最优路线。通过周密组织,所有大型钻注设备均实现顺利下井,并完成安装。
In order to ensure a safe and rapid construction of a blind shaft in 112 line of Maoping Lead-Zinc Mine,a pre-grouting in the mine shaft should be conducted.A drilling chamber as well as the grouting chamber should be layouted in the underground mine for the pre-grouting engineering and construction platform.The large drilling and grouting equipment should be put in the underground mine.With the analysis and comparison on four routes at the elevation sections of + 910^+ 670 m,an optimal route was determined as “from a + 910 m transportation roadway→a blind combined shaft in 112 line→+ 670 m middle section in 112 line→design of the grouting station and drilling location”.With a well organization,all large drilling and grouting equipment were successfully sent to the underground mine and the installation of the equipment were completed in the underground mine.
