摘要
设计了一款车铣复合机床,既可以实现车削加工,也可以实现铣削加工。该机床由机身、底座、主轴、三爪、虎钳刀架台、尾座等组成。虎钳刀架台夹持方块料时,主轴进行铣削加工,实现铣床功能;三爪卡盘夹持棒料时,虎钳刀架台上的车刀进行车削加工,实现车床功能;尾座用于棒类零件的夹持和轴向钻孔。对机身进行有限元分析,结果表明机床结构设计合理,满足使用要求。该机床具有占地面积小,使用简单、操作方便、成本低等特点,具有广阔的应用市场。
A Turning-Milling compound machine tool is designed,which can realize both turning and milling.The machine is composed of frame,base,spindle,three claws,vise and blade carrier,tailstock and so on.When the vise and blade carrier holds the block material,the spindle is milling to realize the function of the milling machine.When the three claws holds the bar,the turning tool on the vise and blade carrier carries on the turning process to realize the lathe function.Tailstock is used for clamping rod parts and axial drilling.Finite element analysis of the frame shows that the structure design of the machine tool is reasonable and meets the application requirements.The machine has the characteristics of small area,simple use,easy operation and low cost,and has a broad application market.
