摘要
植物多糖是从植物中提取的天然活性物质,大量研究证明其有广泛的生物活性。文章阐述植物多糖的提取纯化、结构解析以及生物活性,包括免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗氧化等及其相应的作用机制,并对植物多糖的研究进行展望,以期为植物多糖活性的开发与利用提供参考。
Polysaccharides are natural active substances which are extracted from plants .A large number of studies have shown that it has a wide range of biological activities.This paper summarizes the extraction, purification, physicochemical characterization and bioactivities of polysaccharide including immune regulation, antitumor, antidiabetic activity, oxidation biological activity and their corresponding mechanisms.The aim is to provide a reference for the development and utilization of plant polysaccharides.
