摘要
使用江西省南昌、宜春和赣州三个地级市六个“淘宝村”共284个有效农户样本的调研数据,在精准扶贫视角下,实证考察了农村电商对农户收入的影响及实现路径。结果表明,控制农户特征变量后,农村电商显著促进了农户收入的提升。本文进一步从产品结构、产出规模以及销售渠道三方面研究了农村电商对农户收入提升的实现路径。具体来说,农户在电商交易中非谷物类农产品的比重越高、核心特色农产品的生产规模越大,以及发布并实现交易的网络交易平台越多,农产品电子商务交易活动对农户收入的提升作用就会越大。在缓减内生性的工具变量法和若干稳健性估计中,该放大效应依然显著。
Using284 effective samples from six "Taobao villages" in three prefectural cities of Nanchang, Yichun and Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province, this paper empirically examines the impact of rural e-commerce on peasant household income and its’ realization mechanism from the perspective of accurate poverty alleviation. The results show that after controlling household characteristic variables, the rural e-commerce provides significantly promote peasants income increase. Further, we analyze the realization mechanism of rural e-commerce’s income-raising effect from the aspect of product structure, production scale, and sales channels. Specifically, we find the higher the proportion of non-grain products traded in e-commerce, the larger the production scale of the core characteristic agricultural products, and the more online trading platforms that publish and realize transactions, the bigger will be the promotion function of agricultural product e- commerce trading activities on farmers’ income. This amplification effect is still significant in IV model which could reduce endogenous problem and some robust estimates. Our research can provide a certain reference value for the innovation of precision poverty alleviation, and has important practical significance for the improvement of precision degree.
