摘要
在信息化环境下,传统高校学生报到业务流程凸显出效率低、过程复杂、流程难以理解等问题。文章提出在方便学生、协调高校各部门、改善当前信息化系统的宗旨下,应以坚持高校师生参与为原则,重构高校学生报到业务流程,进一步提高高校学生报到工作的效率与服务水平。
In the information environment, the traditional college students’ check-in business process highlights some problems, such as low efficiency, complex process, difficult to understand and so on. This paper puts forward that under the principle of convenient students, coordinating various departments of colleges and universities and improving the current information system, we should adhere to the principle of participation of teachers and students in colleges and universities, reconstruct the business process of reporting for students in colleges and universities, and further improve the efficiency and service level of check-in work for students in colleges and universities.
