摘要
为研究氧化锆基氮氧化物(NOx)传感器芯片响应特性及工作原理,采用自制检测装置,模拟汽车尾气环境,运用单泵测试法和三泵测试法对NOx传感器样品在不同气氛下检测电信号,对得到的数据进行分析。研究表明,单泵法测试结果符合多孔扩散层极限电流公式,采用电流恒定控制策略,测量气体中的不同氧气浓度对传感器测量泵的补偿电流与灵敏的影响均得到了很好的优化,三泵测试能提升传感器测试精度,得到了O2和NO浓度与电流值对应关系。
In order to investigate the response characteristics and working principle of zirconia-based nitrogen oxides (NO x ) sensor chips,a self-made detection device was used to simulate the vehicle exhaust environment.The single-pump test method and the triple-pump test method were used to test the electric signals of the chip in different atmospheres,and the obtained data were analyzed.The results show that the single-pump test results are in accordance with the limiting current formula of the porous diffusion layer,and the constant-current-control strategy for measuring different oxygen concentrations in the gas has been optimized for the compensation current and sensitivity of the sensor measurement pump.The three-pump test can improve the measurement accuracy.At the same time,the correspondence between O 2 and NO concentration and current value is obtained.
