增强相α–SiC添加量对Fe-Al复合涂层的性能影响分析

摘要 本文利用高速火焰喷涂工艺,依据增强相α–SiC添加量的不同,在20钢基材上制备出Fe-25Al/7SiC、Fe-25Al/11SiC、Fe-25Al/15SiC三种复合涂层,以期寻找防护锅炉“四管”的新材料。对复合涂层的结合强度、抗热震性能进行测试与分析,结果表明Fe-Al/SiC复合涂层性能优异,尤以Fe-25Al/11SiC复合涂层最佳。增强相α–SiC添加量的不同,导致三种涂层的性能存在差异。 In this paper, three metal-ceramic composite coatings Fe-25Al/7SiC,Fe-25Al/11SiC and Fe-25Al/15SiC were made by high velocity flame spraying (HVFS) technology on the base of 20 steel according to the different content of strengthen phase α–SiC to f ind new protection material for the four tubes.The bond strength, thermal shock resistance of three Fe-Al/SiC composite coatings have been tested and analyzed .The results show that the Fe-Al / SiC composite coating has excellent performance, especially the Fe-25Al / 11SiC composite coating. The different additions of the enhancement phase α–SiC lead to differences in the performance of the three coatings.
