摘要
简要介绍了国内外冷却壁技术的发展,阐述了铸铁冷却壁、钢冷却壁和铜冷却壁的特点。同时介绍了目前高炉广泛应用的铜冷却壁的种类及其特点,最后以圆孔型铜冷却壁和复合孔型铜冷却壁进行试验对比,得出复合孔型铜冷却壁具有更好的冷却性能的结论。
This paper briefly introduces the development of cooling stave technology at home and abroad,and describes the characteristics of cast iron stave,steel stave and copper stave.At the same time,the types and characteristics of copper staves widely used in blast furnaces are introduced.Finally,round-hole copper stave and composite-hole copper stave are compared and it is concluded that the composite-type copper stave has better cooling performance.
