摘要
随着我国进入21世纪,国有企业开始迎来新一轮的改革,尤其是在国有石油化企业中,问题尤为凸显。目前,伴随着科技的进步,时代的发展,我国国有石油化工企业出现许多老龄化问题,如:人力资源管理跟不上时代发展,出现诸多老化问题,这都影响着我国国有企业发展。换句话说,现阶段,国有石油化工企业人力资源管理制度改变迫在眉睫,需要企业不断突破陈旧的发展模式,建立新时代下的人力资源管理新形式。文章主要从多个方面分析了我国国有石油化工企业人力资源管理现阶段存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应对策。
With China's entry into the 21st century,state-owned enterprises have begun to face a new round of reform,especially in state-owned petrochemical enterprises,the problem is particularly prominent. At present, with the progress of science and technology and the development of the times,there are many aging problems in our state-owned petrochemical enterprises,such as:human resources management can not keep up with the de. velopment of the times,there are many aging problems,which affect the development of our state-owned enter. prises. In other words,at this stage,it is urgent to change the human resource management system of stateowned petrochemical enterprises,which requires enterprises to constantly break through the old development model and establish a new form of human resource management in the new era. This paper analyzes the prob. lems existing in the current stage of human resource management of state-owned petrochemical enterprises in China from various aspects,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
