摘要
聚合物驱油提高石油采收率,是我国普遍应用的提高采收率技术。聚合物驱采出水中含有大量的PAM,具有成分复杂、粘度大和油滴粒径小等特点,油水分离困难。叙述了聚合物驱油采出水的主要方法和处理工艺,得出高效破乳剂的研发、多功能一体化设备的研制和多工艺联合是聚合物驱油采出水处理的研究重点。
Polymer flooding can enhance oil recovery,which is most widely applicated in China.The sewage from polymer flooding contains a large amount of PAM,which has the characteristics of complex composition,high viscosity and small oil droplet size,and it is difficult to separate oil and water.In this paper,the main methods and treatment processes of sewage from polymer flooding are described.It is concluded that the research and development of high-efficiency demulsifiers,the development of multi- functional integrated equipment and the combination of multiple processes are the research focus of sewage from polymer flooding.
