摘要
本文总结并积累了光谱仪的一些分析方法,采用持久曲线法和控制试样法,对光谱仪进行校正。并探讨误差产生原因,从样品制备、设备维护、标准化操作等方面探讨保证精度的方法和措施,使用过程中的异常情况处理办法。只有严格标准化操作,设备定期维护保养,才能确保分析数据的精度。
This paper summarizes and accumulates some analytical methods of the spectrometer,to calibrate the spectrometer,by using the permanent curve method and control sample method. In addition,the causes of errors are discussed,and the methods and measures to ensure the accuracy are discussed from sample preparation,equipment maintenance,standardized operation,etc.Only strict standardized operation and regular maintenance of equipment can ensure the accuracy of data analysis.
