摘要
著名比利时历史学家亨利·皮朗对欧洲中世纪史与比利时史研究做了开创性地探索。皮朗以宽宏的学术视野研究中世纪欧洲经济社会史,而对中世纪西欧城市的研究是关键内容之一。通过对皮朗中世纪城市史研究的探究,可以发现其研究内容主要集中在三个方面:中世纪城市兴起的背景、城市中的市民群体与经济活动、城市形态与制度。
The famous Belgian historian Henri Pirenne has made an original exploration for the study of European medieval history and Belgian history. Pirenne's research on the economic and social history of Europe in the middle Ages with magnanimous academic view, and the research on the cities of medieval Western Europe is one of the key parts. The study of medieval cities is one of more important parts. With exploring Pirenne's research, We can discovery Pirenne's urban history studies mainly focus on three connected sections, including the background of rising medieval cities, citizen and their economic actives, the forms and institutions of medieval cities.
