摘要 文中设计了一种基于时间差法测量的矿用超声波管道流量计,介绍了传统时间差法中阈值法的测量原理。针对环境噪声较大时,传统时间差法第一波回波识别不准确的问题,重点论述了基于脉宽调制的超声波时间测量方法。在原理分析的基础上,给出了利用D触发器实现脉宽调制的测量方案,并对仪器本安电路进行了设计。通过精度实验认证,证明了本文设计的超声波管道流量计解决了传统测量方案中误差较大的问题,测量精度精度可达1.0级。 Ultrasonic pipeline flowmeter based on the time difference method for mine was designed. The measuring principle of threshold method in traditional time difference method was introduced. Aiming at the problem of the inaccurate identification of the first wave echo by the traditional time difference method when the ambient noise was large, the ultrasonic time measurement method based on pulse width modulation was emphatically discussed. On the basis of the principle analysis, the measurement scheme of the pulse width modulation was given by using D flip-flop, and the intrinsic safety circuit of the instrument was designed. Through the accuracy experiment authentication, it was proved that the ultrasonic pipe flowmeter designed in this paper could solve the problem of large errors in the traditional measurement scheme, and the measurement accuracy could reach 1.0 level.
